Refund Policy
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where supported.
- Gateway/bank posting times vary — typically 3–10 business days after we process the refund; we do not claim instant refunds.
- Partial refunds reflect returned quantity and any non-refundable shipping as disclosed.
- COD refunds are made by documented bank transfer after verification — we never ask for UPI PIN, card PIN, passwords or OTP.
- You can track refund status in your order history; a credit note is issued where applicable for tax records.
