Eligibility

• Standard products: return within the window shown on the product page (typically 7 days of delivery), unused with tags.
• Customized/POD products: returnable for defects, transit damage, wrong item or incorrect customization — statutory remedies fully apply.
• Caps booked under bulk quotation follow the terms stated in the quotation.

How to request

Account → Orders → Request Return/Exchange, or contact support. Attach photos of defects/wrong items to speed up review.

Process

We review, arrange reverse pickup where available, inspect on receipt, then restock or escalate. Outcomes are recorded and visible on your request.

Exchanges

Size/style exchanges for standard products subject to stock; price differences are settled transparently.
